Experience the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius
A 10-week journey of prayer, discernment, and spiritual growth
The 18th Annotation is a gentle, accessible introduction to the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. Through guided prayer, weekly reflection and group spiritual direction, this 10-week journey helps participants (individuals and couples) grow in awareness of God’s presence and deepen their desire for spiritual clarity and connection. This experience is for anyone desiring a deeper relationship with God in daily life and those who may be seeking spiritual clarity or discernment.
“The goal is drawing closer to God, not mechanically running through all of the exercises. The end of the Exercises is a Person, not a performance.”
— Kevin O’Brien, SJ (The Ignatian Adventure)
