Spiritual Direction

A typical time of Spiritual Direction involves approximately an hour of praying, talking and sitting in silence. Confidentiality is always honored. The work of a Spiritual Director is to pray for and with you (often silently), to listen for the whisper of the Spirit and to ask open ended questions. Your work is to listen, pray and share as you feel led. It is a sacred, 3-way conversation between us and God. The goal is to discern God’s presence and awaken one’s soul to the work of the Spirit, which is ever ancient and ever new. Spiritual Direction can happen over the phone, Zoom or in-person. In some cases, Spiritual Direction can also be facilitated over email.
